Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that effective from 30 June 2024, INDERHABS CAPITAL SCR, S.A. (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest in Investindustrial VII L.P. (the “Partnership”) to Capital Dynamics Global Secondaries VI (Holdings), LP (the "Transferee") and, following such transfer, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
