WHEREAS ABERDEEN ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number 04091815 and having its last registered office at 1 Allanadale Court, Waterpark Road, Salford, M7 4JN, was dissolved on 14 September 2021; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said ABERDEEN ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED was heritably vest in land on the southeast side of Neilston Road, Barrhead, Glasgow, registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number REN46112; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said ABERDEEN ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED came to my notice on 9 May 2022: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown's whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
