THE LEWISHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*

THE LEWISHAM (CHARGED FOR PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Lewisham proposes to make the above Traffic Regulation Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

1. The effect of these proposals is as follows:

PTO 1048 The effect of the above orders will be to introduce the following restrictions to facilitate the introduction of a Residents Parking Permit scheme Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

A. No waiting at any time

Pell Street – on both sides, its entire length; Yeoman Street – on both sides, between Mandara Place and Pell Street; Acacia Close – on both sides, its entire length; Rainsborough Avenue – on either side of the entrance to 1-50 Bence House; Grove Street – (a) on the east side, either side of the junction with Capstan Road; (b) on the east side, either side of the junction with Jodane Street; (c) on the west side, across entrance to Linberry Walk (opposite No.238); (d) on the west side, either side of the entrance to Nos.1 to 15 Linberry Walk and No.231; (e) on the east side, either side of the entrance to Gate to Deptford Victualling Yard; (e) on the east side, either side of the entrance to Gransden House; (f) on both sides, across various locations between Oxestalls Road and Leeway; Jodane Street – (a) on the north side, between Grove Street and George Beard Road; (b) on the south side, between Grove Street and Nos.2 to 12; (c) south side, between George Beard Road and east of Fleming House; (d) on both sides across various location between Bowditch and Longshore; Enterprize Way – at the junction of Jodane Street (only the extent of the public highway); George Beard Road – at the junction of Jodane Street (only the extent of the public highway); Longshore – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Eugenia Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Concorde Way – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Goldsworthy Gardens – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Alpine Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Crane Mead – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Island Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Marley Street – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Lambourne Grove – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Leather Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Regeneration Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Reculver Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Oldfield Grove – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Alloa Road – (a) either side of the junction with Hicks Street; (b) either side of the junction with Evelyn Street; (c) either side of the junction with Sybil Phoenix Close; (d) either side of the junction with Crooke Road; Evelyn Street – (a) on the south-west side, opposite No.11; (b) on the north-east side, between No.11 and north-west side of Pomona House; Hicks Street – (a) either side of the junction with Alloa Road; (b) either side of the junction with Scawen Road; Scawen Road – (a) either side of the junction with Hicks Street; (b) either side of the junction with Crooke Road; (c) either side at the corner adjacent to and opposite No.34; (d) either side of the junction with Kezia Street; Kezia Street – (a) either side of the junction with Crooke Road; (b) on the north side, to the side of No.157 Trundley’s Road; Crooke Road – (a) on both sides, either side of the junction with Alloa Road; (b) on both sides, either side of the junction with Scawen Road; Sybil Phoenix Close – either side of the junction with Alloa Road; John Silkin Lane – on both sides, at the junction opposite Nos. 1 to 12 and across the entrance to Nos.103 to 106 on the east side and across No.143 on the west side; Sapphire Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Oxestalls Road – (a) on the south side, west of the bus stop clearway; (b) on both sides, at the junction with the entrance to the rear of No.185 to 195; Silwood Street – on both sides, across various locations, between Bolina Road, southwards to the entrance to the Sports Facility; Sketchley Gardens – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Somerfield Street – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Foreshore – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Barfleur Lane – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Bowditch – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Millard Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Landmann Way – (a) on both sides, across various locations between the London Overground Silwood Sidings Depot and the roundabout adjacent to No.21; (b) on both sides, across various locations between Surrey Canal Road and Gemini Business Estate; Dragoon Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Grinstead Road – (a) on the north-west side, to the side of No.138 Evelyn Street; (b) on the south-east side, between Evelyn Street and the entrance to Evelyn Court; Bolina Road – on both sides, either side of the access to the The Den (Football Stadium); Stockholm Road – the north side, adjacent to the side of Quickfit Windscreens (west side of the railway bridge); Surrey Canal Road – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Juno Way – on both sides, across various locations between Surrey Canal Road and outside Juno Enterprise Centre; Rollins Street – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Mercury Way – on both sides, at the junction of Surrey Canal Road; Hornshay Street – on both sides, its entire length across various locations; Trundley’s Terrace – on both sides, between Foundry Court and junction of Trundley’s Road; Trundley’s Road – (a) on the west side, adjacent to Foundry Court; (b) on the east side, between Nos.71 and 75; Leeway – the eastern extent, on both sides, the entire length of the public highway between Millard Road and No.25 to 30; Samuel Close – on both sides, its entire length;

B. No waiting Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (inclusive)

Grove Street – (a) on the east side, between north of No.280 and south of No.238; (b) on the east side, between north of No.236 and south of No.234; Jodane Street – between Nos.2 to 12 and No.26; Lambourne Grove – on the east side, outside No.15; Sapphire Road – on both sides, between Nos.1 and 9; Bowditch – on the south side, across the entrance to Lower Pepys; Surrey Canal Road – between the zigzag markings and the eastern property boundary line of No.1, adjacent to Orion Business Centre; Mercury Way – on the east side, south of junction with Myers Lane (opposite Jemmotts Court);

C. Resident Permit Holders

E. Pay by Phone

Juno Way – on the west side, outside Avalon Cafe;

F. Shared use Parking Places – Pay by Phone and Permit Holders Only

Oxestalls Road – (a) on the south side, between the existing double yellow line restrictions and east of the bus stop clearway; (b) on both sides across various locations, between Grove Street and the junction with the entrance to the rear of No.185 to 195; Longshore – on the south side, between Grove Street and Bowditch; Landmann Way – on the east side, between opposite the entrance to the London Overground Silwood Sidings Depot and the roundabout adjacent to No.21; Grinstead Road – on the north-west side, between the entrance to Deptford Park up to the existing car club bay opposite Nos.7 to 18; Grove Street – on the east side, across various locations between Bowditch and Leeway; Mercury Way – on both sides, across various locations between Myers Lane and Cold Blow Lane; Hornshay Street – on both sides, its entire length across various locations;

G. Electric Vehicles Only Concorde Way – on the north side, east of Nos.1 to 45 adjacent to the junction with Oldfield Grove; Sapphire Road – on the west side, outside and at the side of Bence House; Bowditch – on the east side, to the south of Nos.88 to 102 Longshore; Hicks Street – on the north-east side, at the side of No.7 Scawen Road (adjacent to the junction);

H. Solo Motorcycle Bays

Barfleur Lane – on both sides, its entire length across various locations (outside Nos. 67, 1 to 15, 46 to 60, and opposite No. 61)

I. Disabled Bays

2. Where a new restriction has been proposed in the same length of road, the existing restrictions will be replaced by those proposed restrictions.

3. Copies of the draft Order plans and Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be obtained by emailing a request to trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk quoting reference ‘PTO – 1048’.

4. Comments on the proposals for or against, together with the reasons for which they are made should be sent through the lewisham.traffweb.app website or in writing to trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk or Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU, quoting reference ‘PTO-1048’ to arrive not later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.

5. All written representations received concerning Traffic Regulation Orders are public documents that may be inspected by any person on demand.
