"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Tate (IP No. 022910) of Azets, Secure House, Lulworth Close, Chandlers Ford, Southampton, SO53 3TL and Duncan Kenric Swift (IP No. 8093) of Azets, 3rd Floor, Salt Quay House, Sutton Harbour, Plymouth, PL4 0HP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up. Where applicable, any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office."
