An administrative forfeiture will take place for an Order for the Forfeiture of $17,189.81 USD currently held in Revolut Ltd account 04-29-09 28647297 held in the name HINTON COLLECTIVE LTD last known address 4 Glass House Studios, Fryern Court, Fordingbridge, Hampshire, SP6 1QX.

The Financial Investigation Unit, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary believe that the funds (plus interest accrued) or part thereof is:

a) Recoverable property; and or

b) Is intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct

as per section 303Z14 (4a & 4b) of POCA.

Any person may object to the proposed forfeiture of seized cash within 30 days of this publication.

Any objection must be made in writing to FI 16022 Hannah Rudd, Financial Investigation Unit, Southern Support and Training HQ, Hamble Lane, Netley, Hampshire SO31 4TS.

If no objection is received at the above address within the prescribed period stated herein, the funds will be administratively forfeited.
