S27 NOTICE
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
THE ORT RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN
In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the winding-up of the ORT Retirement Benefits Plan (“the Scheme”) will shortly be completed.
The Trustees request that (a) any employee or former employee of The ORT Trust; (b) the spouse or dependant of any such person, if that person is deceased, who thinks that they might be entitled to benefits under the Scheme; and (c) any other person who believes that they may have a claim against the Scheme, and who has not already been contacted by the Trustees, provides written particulars of any such entitlement or claim, on or before 26th September 2024 to:
Lonsdale Services Ltd, 3 Curo Park, Frogmore, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL2 2DD.
After this date, the Trustees will complete the winding-up of the Scheme and, in doing so, will have regard only to the claims of which they currently have notice. The Trustees shall then not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the date stated in this notice.
