THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 2024

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Electric Vehicle bays in the following locations;

Road Name Location
Bethune Road 22.0m north west from the junction with Manor Road, for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
Bethune Road 0.7m north west from the extended boundary line of 18/20 Bethune Road, for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
Bethune Road 7.2m south east from the extended boundary line of 82/84 Bethune Road, for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
Casimir Road 4.6m north east from the extended boundary line of 9/11 Casimir Road, for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
Casimir Road 6.3m south west from the extended boundary line of 27/29 Casimir Road,for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
Casimir Road 6.3m south west from the extended boundary line of 53/55 Casimir Road, for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
Cleveleys Road 1.0m south west from the extended boundary line of 13/15 Cleveleys Road, for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
Colberg Place 5.8m south west from the extended building line of 34/36 Colberg Place, for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.

West Bank 0.6m south west from the extended boundary line of 18/19 West Bank, for a distance of 6.0m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
Woodmill Road 7.0m north west from the extended boundary line of 3/34 Olive Court, for a distance of 5.9m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.

Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk. within 28 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
