Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented on 19 July 2024, by His Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business and Trade, The Insolvency Service, 1 Westfield Avenue, Stratford, London, E20 1HZ for an order to wind up under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 Atherton Corporate Rescue Limited, and now known as QRG Consulting Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (with Company Number SC384723) and having its registered office formerly at 20-23 c/o Clarity Accounting, Woodside Place, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 7QL and now at Suite 0543, 11 Glebe Street, Dumfries, Scotland, DG1 2LQ, the Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 24 July 2024 appoints any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Clerk of the Court at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within eight days of this advertisement, and meantime appointed Julie Tait of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH to be the provisional liquidator of the company.
