I, Paul David Allen of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU hereby give notice that I have been appointed Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy of the estate of the above named, by the Secretary of State on 23 July 2024. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and all debts due to the Bankrupt must also be paid to me. Creditors who have not proved their debts must forward their proof of debt to me.

The bankrupt’s creditors may establish a creditors’ committee to assist the Trustee in discharging his functions and to actin relation to the Trustee in such manner as may be agreed. If a committee is established it will also be responsible for approving the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration. A creditors’ committee must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of five members, who must consent before they can act.
