Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and introduce electrical vehicle charging points under section 16 of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2013, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders will be to:

(i) introduce electric vehicles (EV) charging parking places operating at all hours at the locations set out in the table below. The bays will be available at any time for specific use of electric vehicle charging only. Please note: whilst there would be no charge to park in these parking places, a charge would be levied for the use of the electrical supply by the provider.

3 Cadoxton Avenue N15 adjacent to No.52 Norfolk Avenue Convert Permit Holder only bays to 2 x EV charging Only bays measuring a total length of 14.13 metres and extend the adjacent Double Yellow Line south by 2.2 metres.
4 Colsterworth Road N15 opposite Nos.2A & B Colsterworth Road Convert Resident Permit Holders Only parking to 2x EV Charging Only bays measuring a total length of 13.8 metres.

15 Wargrave Avenue – B N15 adjacent to No.70 Fairview Road Convert 2 x Shared Use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone parking to 2x EV charging Only bays measuring a total length of 13.8 metres and extend the adjacent Double Yellow Line north-east by 2 metres,
16 Wellington Avenue N15 adjacent to No.52 Fairview Road Convert Permit Holders Only parking to 2x EV Charging Only bays measuring a total length of 13.8 metres.

(ii) To make the following map-based changes to ensure the Council’s internal records match the restrictions on the ground (no changes will be made on site):

(a) on Broadlands Road N6:

(i) adjacent to Nos.26-30 Grange Road, reduce Permit Holders Only parking by 3.2 metres on the north-eastern end; and

(ii) adjacent to Nos.26-30 Grange Road, extend the Double Yellow Line south-westward by 3.2 metres;

(b) on Cadoxton Avenue N15, adjacent to No. 25 Norfolk Avenue, extend Double Yellow Line southwards by 2.2 metres;

(c) on Colsterworth Road N15:

(i) opposite Laseron House, Tottenham Green East, reduce the Single Yellow Line by 3.6 metres at the western end and extend it by 1 metre at the eastern end.

(ii) adjacent to Laseron House, Tottenham Green East, reduce the Single Yellow Line by 3.9 metres at the western end and extend it by 1.4 metres at the eastern end.

(d) on Holcombe Road N17 at its junction with Reed Road, extend the Double Yellow Line east by 1.7 metres;

(e) on Mitchley Road N17:

(i) adjacent to No.1, reduce the Single Yellow Line by 1.5 metres on the eastern end;

(ii) adjacent to No.1, extend the Resident Permit Holders Only parking 1.5 metres eastward;

(iii) adjacent to No.16 Dawlish Road, extend the Double Yellow Line by 2.6 metres eastward;

(f) on Scotland Green N17, at the junction with Kemble Road, reduce the Double Yellow Line by 2.8 metres at the eastern end;

(g) on Wargrave Road N15:

(i) adjacent to No.48 Elm Park Avenue, reduce the Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 1.3 metres on the western end;

(ii) adjacent to No.46 Elm Park Avenue, reduce the Resident Permit Holders Only parking by 1.4 metres on the western end.

(h) on Wellington Avenue N15, adjacent to No.70 Fairview Road extend the Double Yellow Line by 1.3 metres north-eastward.

A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
