Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that an initial meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held as a virtual meeting on 8 August 2024 at 10:00am for the purposes of considering the Administrator's proposals and the establishment of a creditors' committee. If no creditors' committee is formed at the meeting a resolution may be taken to fix the basis of the Administrator's remuneration.
Details of how to access the virtual meeting are included in the notice delivered to creditors. If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information please contact the nominated Administrator using the details below.
A creditor is only entitled to vote if details in writing of the debt claimed to be due have been delivered to the Administrator not later than 16:00 on the business day before the day of the meeting, that such debt has been duly admitted under the provisions of Rule 15.28 of the Rules; and that prior to the meeting any proxy which is intended to be used has been lodged with the Administrator prior to the meeting.
In addition, creditors wishing to attend the meeting must supply the Administrator with a valid email address to which an invite to the meeting can be sent. For the purposes of Paragraph 49(6) , Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) copies of the Statement of Proposals can be obtained from the Administrator.
