THE BRITISH NON-FERROUS METALS FEDERATION STAFF PENSION AND ASSURANCE SCHEME

The Scheme members’ benefits were secured via a buy-in contract with Just Retirement Limited on 17th July 2023 and the Trustee is in the process of its wind up. Notice is hereby given that all persons having a claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the British Non-Ferrous Metals Federation Staff Pension and Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) are required to send written particulars of such claim to the Trustee of the Scheme via the address given below, on or before 31st October 2024.

After that date, the Trustee of the Scheme may proceed to wind up and have regard only as to the claims of which written notice shall have been received by the Trustee and the interests of those members of the Scheme of whom they have knowledge.

The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice in respect of the assets of the Scheme or any part of it so distributed.

Please note that if you have received any correspondence from either the Trustee or The British Non-Ferrous Metals Federation within the last twelve months then they are aware of your benefits within the Scheme and there is no need to make a claim.
