A Petition to wind up the above-named company UDP Group Limited (registered no. 10303847) of Astor Road, Salford, Manchester, M50 1BB, whose nature of business is activities of construction holding companies, presented on 15 July 2024 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 28 August 2024 at 10.30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
