Ashleigh William Fletcher (IP Number: 9566) and Kris Anthony Wigfield (IP Number: 22672), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 18 January 2024.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first dividend to the creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before the 30 August 2024 ("the last date for proving") to submit their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators` correspondence address, Suite 500, Unit 2, 94A Wycliffe Road, Northampton, NN1 5JF and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
