Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the above Act this day cancelled the registration of the following societies:

Cornton and District Credit Union Limited (Register no. 106 CUS) the registered office of which is at 37 Johnston Avenue, Cornton, Stirling, FK9 5DD. The ground for cancellation is that the credit union's permission under Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 has been cancelled.

The credit union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the credit union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
