1. Pursuant to CPR 57.29(1)(b), the Notice reads as follows:-

IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER THE GUARDIANSHIP (MISSING PERSONS) ACT 2017

FOR A GUARDIANSHIP ORDER IN RESPECT OF MR INDURDATH CHUTTOO

An Application / Claim has been issued in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Claim No. PT2024-000411, by MRS DAMIENTEE CHUTTOO for an order that MRS DAMIENTEE CHUTTOO be appointed guardian in respect of MR INDURDATH CHUTTOO (“the missing person”), whose last usual place of residence was 48 Huntspill Street, Tooting, SW17 0AA.

The date and venue for the first hearing of the Application is 15 August 2024 at 2:00 pm at The High Court, Chancery Division, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL.

Any spouse, civil partner, parent, child or sibling of the missing person is entitled to intervene in the matter. Any other person having an interest may apply to the Court for permission to intervene in the matter.
