A Petition to wind up the above-named company of MOKARABIA LIMITED (03670877) of Unit 1 St Margaret's Business Centre, Moor Mead Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 1JS, 19 Leyden Street, London E1 7LE (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 46370 - Wholesale of coffee, tea, cocoa and spices, presented on Tuesday 02 July 2024, at 11:10 by NORTHDOWN (GENERAL PARTNER) LIMITED AND NORTHDOWN REAL ESTATE (NOMINEE) LIMITED, of 45 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4JL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Jusice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies ist (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 21 August 2024, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
