Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 April 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25 July 2024, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of FRANK FAULKNER , who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Arthur Frank Faulkner and assumed the name of Frank Faulkner.
