NOTICE OF MAKING OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE AREA OF THE FORMER URBAN DISTRICT OF BARNET

FOOTPATH F4 AT TOTTERIDGE AND WOODSIDE DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2024

The above Order made on the 8 August 2024, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them a public footpath commencing from Holden Road (public road) at TQ 25882 93175 (point A) and running in a northerly direction for approximately 36 metres along the access road to the allotments to TQ 25895 93207 (point B). Then in a west north westerly direction between the allotments for approximately 126 metres to TQ 25777 93245 (point C) and its junction with Whetstone Stray Open Spaces.

A copy of the order and map may be seen free of charge at the following locations:

• London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, NW9 4EW

between the hours of 10.00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing addressed to (Ref: LGL/10878, Public Rights of Way Officer, Highways Department, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, NW9 4EW not later than 20 September 2024, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Barnet, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and/or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
