Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 August 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2 March 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of AVA RUBY MALLETT who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ava Ruby Willis and assumed the name of Ava Ruby Mallett.
