A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 86-90 Paul Street, London, London, England, EC2A 4NE (registered office), whose nature of business is radio broadcasting, presented on 26 July 2024 by 4.30 p.m. By MS FRANCES CLAIRE CAPELL of ΕΥΤΕΡΠΗΣ 4, ΜΕΛΙΑΝΑ ΕΠΑΥΛΗ 3, 8575 ΚΟΛΠΟΣ ΚΟΡΑΛΛΙΩΝ, Cyprus claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard by the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, sitting at Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 11 September 2024, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 10 September 2024.
