NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Council of the London Borough of Lewisham on 8 August 2024 made the above Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

1. The effect of the Order is as follows:

The effect of the above orders will be to amend the hours of operation for the School Streets (Forster Park School Street) on Boundfield Road on Fridays from 8.30am-9.30am and 2pm-3pm to 8.30am-9.30am and 3pm-4pm.

2. Copies of the made Order, which will come into operation on 2 September 2024, and Statement of the Council’s Reasons for making the Order may be obtained by emailing a request to trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk quoting reference ‘PTO-1046’.

3. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
