AMENDMENT – FREE PARKING PLACE, ROWDELL ROAD, NORTHOLT. THE EALING (FREE PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2014) (AMENDMENT NO. 088) ORDER 2024

CASHLESS PARKING PLACE AMENDMENT BOLLO LANE; DISABLED PARKING PLACES BOLLO LANE; DISABLED PARKING PLACES STIRLING ROAD; LOADING PLACE AMENDMENT. THE EALING (PARKING PLACES) (TELEPHONE PARKING) (NO. 1, 2013) (AMENDMENT NO. 011) ORDER 2024; THE EALING (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 203) ORDER 2024; THE EALING (FREE LOADING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 033) ORDER 2024

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing (“the Council”) on 12 August 2024 made the above-titled Orders under sections 6, 45, 47 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the made waiting restriction Order would be to convert the existing part-time waiting restriction on the north side of Cranmer Avenue outside Nos. 102-106 and on the north-west side outside No. 2 Burnham Way, to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions (double yellow lines).

3. The general effect of the made free parking place Order would be to remove a 28.4 metre length of existing free parking place on Rowdell Road.

4. The general effect of the remaining made Orders will be to: -

(a) on Bollo Lane: (i) relocate the existing 18 metre of cashless parking place; (ii) introduce three disabled parking places on the north-east side;

(b) on Stirling Road: (i) shorten the existing loading place on the south-west side; (ii) introduce one disabled parking place on the south-west side.

5. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 22 August 2024, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.

6. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
