Notice is hereby given that, on 12 July 2024, in an application by Finsbury Growth & Income Trust plc, a public company incorporated under the Companies Acts, with company number SC013958, and having its registered office at 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9WJ, (“the Company”), the Court of Session in Edinburgh (the “Court”) pronounced an order (the “Order”) confirming the cancellation of the entire amount standing to the credit of the Company’s share premium account which was approved by special resolution passed at a general meeting of the Company held on 23 January 2024. On 7 August 2024, the Registrar of Companies registered a certified copy of the Order, together with a statement of capital approved by the Court, under section 649(3)(b) of the Companies Act 2006.
