Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 29 July 2024 EQT Real Estate II (General Partner) SARL transferred 100% of its general partner interest in London BTR Investment LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023633 (the “Partnership”), to EQT Services (General Partner) Limited and consequently on that date EQT Real Estate II (General Partner) SARL retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by EQT Services (General Partner) Limited.
