Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday 21 August 2024, at 10:00 a Petition was presented to Sheriff Wood at Perth Sheriff Court at Sheriff Court House, County Building, Tay Street, Perth PH2 8NL by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED , Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up AM PERTHSIRE LTD (Company Number: SC589808) having its registered office at 221b Rannoch Road, Perth PH1 2DP, previously of The Lovat Hotel, 90 Glasgow Road, Perth PH2 0LT, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Wednesday 21 August 2024 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said AM PERTHSIRE LTD and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court at Sheriff Court House, County Building, Tay Street, Perth PH2 8NL within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
