BLOCK TRANSFER OF INSOLVENCY CASES

Notice is hereby given that, on 19 July 2024 before District Judge Banks and sealed by the Court on 12 August 2024 (Block Transfer Order), Jeremy Paul David Oddie (IP number 8918) (Outgoing Office-Holder) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedules below and Neil Henry (IP number 8622) of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham WA14 1EZ (the Replacement Office-Holder) was appointed as Office Holder in his place as specified below. All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.

In addition, Jeremy Paul David Oddie (Outgoing office-holder) was removed as Joint Office Holder in the case listed in schedule3 below and Neil Henry (the replacement office-holder) was appointed as Joint Office Holder.

Notification

The Applicant shall file a copy of the Block Transfer Order with each of the courts listed in Schedule 4 below.

The creditors or, in the case of any members` voluntary liquidation, the members in each of the cases listed in the Schedules below be notified of the Block Transfer Order by advertisement in the London Gazette within 21 days from the date of the Block Transfer Order. The creditors or members (as applicable) in each of the cases listed in the Schedules below shall be given further notice at the time of the next statutory reporting requirement for each case.

Any creditor or, in the case of any members` voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the Schedules below who has an objection to the Block Transfer Order shall have 21 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Block Transfer Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in the Schedules below until further or other order by the court.

In respect of the company matters appearing in Schedules 1,2 and 3, notification of the transfer shall be given to the Registrar of Companies within 28 days from the date of the Block Transfer Order.

The Replacement Office-Holder shall give notice to the Secretary of State in respect of each of the cases listed in the Schedules below as soon as reasonably practicable.

Joint appointments

Where any appointment made by the Block Transfer Order is on a joint basis, the powers of the office?holders pursuant to their appointment may be exercised by any one or more of them.

Jeremy Paul David Oddie shall receive his release as liquidator or Trustee 21 days after the date of the publication of this advertisement, save that such release may be subject to further order in the event of an application by any creditor or member as referred to above, in so far as his release relates to the specific case which is subject to that application.

Jeremy Paul David Oddie shall receive his release as provided for above without being required to (i) apply to the Secretary of State for his release or discharge as appropriate pursuant to s.174(4)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as the case may be or (ii) being required to file a receipts and payments account.

Save as aforesaid the Outgoing Office-Holder shall be released on application to the Secretary of State.
