Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that MHT AG (as custodial Trustee of the Martin Hilti Family Trust) has transferred its entire interest in AESF VI L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL025889 (the “Partnership”) to MHT Investment AG. MHT AG (as custodial Trustee of the Martin Hilti Family Trust) has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. MHT Investment AG has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
