Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Coats UK Pension Scheme Trustees Limited has transferred their entire interest in SL Capital Infrastructure I LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL017015 (the “Partnership”), to Pension Insurance Corporation PLC. Coats UK Pension Scheme Trustees Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Pension Insurance Corporation PLC has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
