Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Asia Acquisition Fund, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in Actis India 3 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP012473 (the “Partnership”), to Lau Kui Bong Jonathan. As a result of the transfer, Lau Kui Bong Jonathan was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Asia Acquisition Fund, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
