A petition to wind up the above named company of Inc (Embankment) Ltd of 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, Co Reg 12552492 and presented on 18 June 2024 by LEEDS CITY COUNCIL of Po Box 60, LEEDS, LS2 8JR claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Business And Property Courts In Leeds, Fourth Floor, 6 Westgate, Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 08 October 2024 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
