Notification of appointment of replacement joint administrator

Pursuant to Rules 1.7, 1.11-1.13 and Rule 3.27(1) and (2) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration) Rules 2018

Appointment of (i) James Alexander Dewar, of Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET as replacement joint administrator in relation to the companies set out at Part 1 below; (ii) Alistair McAlinden, of Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET as replacement joint administrator in relation to the companies set out at Part 2 below and (iii) Richard Heis, of Interpath Ltd, 9th Floor, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB as replacement joint administrator in relation to the company set out at Part 3 below, in place of Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Insolvency Practitioner, of Interpath Ltd, 130 St. Vincent St, Glasgow, G2 5HF by order of the Court of Session made on 30 August 2024. Blair Carnegie Nimmo has not yet been discharged from any liabilities in respect of his actions as joint administrator of the below noted companies and will seek his discharge using the decision-making procedure provided for in the Insolvency (Scotland) (Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration) Rules 2018. Notice of this order shall be given to the creditors of the companies set out below in the next written report that is sent to the creditors of each company.
