Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23-11-2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25-07-2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Mason John Anthony Pizzey, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Mason John Anthony Lewis and assumed the name of Mason John Anthony Pizzey.
