Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 April 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19 August 2024, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of LORENZO RAFAEL PEREIRA , who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Lorenzo Pereira and assumed the name of Lorenzo Rafael Pereira.
