HARBOURS ACT 1964 (AS AMENDED)

THE TEESPORT (EXTENSION OF LIMITS) HARBOUR REVISION ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Teesport (Extension of Limits) Harbour Revision Order 2024 was made by the Marine Management Organisation on 9 September 2024 and comes into force on 3 October 2024.

A copy of the Order may be inspected at the reception of the offices of PD Teesport Limited at 17-27 Queen’s Square, Middlesbrough TS2 1AH on Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 08:45 to 13:00 and 13:45 to 16:30.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
