NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members of Lucent Data Limited will be held at the offices of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT on 15 October 2024 at 11:00am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company.

Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT or by email to eoin.hughes@scc-ca.com no later than 12 noon on 14 October 2024.
