We, Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 9687) and James O Everist (IP No. 22710) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 12 September 2024 by a resolution of members.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the Company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 16 October 2024 to send in their names, addresses, (and names/addresses of their solicitor, if any) along with particulars of debts and claims to the undersigned James O Everist of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham NG1 5BQ the Joint Liquidator of the Company and, if so required by notice in writing to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

This notice is purely formal, the Company is able to pay all its known creditors in full.

Please note that this is a solvent liquidation and therefore the Joint Liquidators is entitled to make the distribution without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
