WestBridge SME Fund LP

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that Gentle Pulse Limited has transferred all of its interest in WestBridge SME Fund LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP13609, to Tribuira Limited as a new limited partner in the Partnership (the “Transfer”).

As a result of the Transfer, Gentle Pulse Limited has subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
