NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company No.09346363) has made the above-mentioned Order, under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A585 Trunk Road in the District of Fylde and Wyre, in the County of Lancashire.

The effect of the Order, if made as proposed, would be to prohibit all vehicles travelling along, onto or from the A585 Trunk Road from undertaking the turns as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

The effect of the Order is described in the London Gazette dated 28 June 2024 (Issue Number 64446).

The restrictions will not apply to vehicles being used for emergency purposes by the police, fire and rescue authority, traffic officer, ambulance services, or special-forces.

A copy of the Order and Notice, together with a Plan and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours by visiting the Kier Highways Main Compound, Garstang Road East, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7SX; or by application to National Highways, Operations Division, Piccadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester M1 2WD making reference to this notice.
