1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. 2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Cycle Hangars in the following locations:

| Ayrsome Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay opposite the side of No. 30 with a cycle hangar |
| Belgrade Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside of No. 72 with a cycle hangar |
| Benthal Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside of No. 44 with a cycle hangar |
| Bevenden Street | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside of No. 34 to 88 Finn House, with a cycle hangar |
| Blackstock Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No.109 with a cycle hangar |
| Brenthouse Road | Replace 5 metres of permit bay opposite Oakwood House, 71 Brenthouse Road with two cycle hangars |
| Brooke Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside of No. 67 with a cycle hangar |
| Buttesland Street | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay opposite Nos. 64 to 65 with a cycle hangar |
| Darville Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 63 with a cycle hangar |
| Downs Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 10 with a cycle hangar |
| Dunlace Road | (a) Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay outside No. 40 with a cycle hangar |

| Foulden Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 21 with a cycle hangar |
| Hassett Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside of No. 100 with a cycle hangar |
| Lavers Road | Replace 2.5 metres of shared use parking bay opposite of No. 46 with a cycle hangar |
| Maury Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside of No. 52 with a cycle hangar |
| Rushmore Road | Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay side of No. 64 Powerscroft Road on Rushmore Road with a cycle hangar |
| Sigdon Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay side of No. 23 Wayland Avenue on Sigdon Road with a cycle hangar |

Plans of the proposed locations can be viewed here - https://hackney.traffweb.app/traffweb/2/PublicConsultation Documents giving more detailed particulars are also available for inspection by email request to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
