1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th of September 2024 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the orders will be as follows;

Road Name Location
​Bethune Road ​16.5m north from the junction with Fairholt Road, for a distance of 28.9m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a cashless shared use bay. ​
Cazenove Road ​2.7m east from the extended boundary line of number 16/18 Cazenove Road, for a distance of 14.7m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a cashless shared use bay. ​
Chesholm Road ​ 5.0m south from the junction with Kynaston Road, for a distance of 14.2m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
​Heathland Road ​13.3m north from the junction with Manor Road, for a distance of 18.3m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. ​
St Kilda’s Road ​6.0m away east direction from existing kerb line of Heathland Road. Install a new 14.2m Electric Vehicle Bay in the east direction. ​
Jenner Road ​ 10.0m south from the junction with Brooke Road, for a distance of 14.2m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. ​
Kenninghall Road ​ 0.9m east from the extended boundary line of 39/41 Kenninghall Road, for a distance of 14.2m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. ​
Mapledene Road ​ 9.8m east from the junction with Celandine Drive, for a distance of 14.2m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. ​
Maury Road ​11.4m north from the junction with Evering Road, for a distance of 14.2m install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay.
​Osbaldeston Road ​ 12.0m north from the junction with Northwold Road, for a distance of 15.2m install a new electric vehicle charging bay north replacing a permit bay.
​Pellerin Road ​ 7.2m east from the junction with Boleyn Road, for a distance of 14.2m install a new electric vehicle charging bay east replacing a permit bay. ​
Sheep Lane ​5.8m south from the extended boundary line of 1/45 Crystal Court, for a distance of 28.9m install a new electric vehicle charging bay south replacing cashless shared use bay. ​
Wayland Avenue ​4.5m north from the existing boundary line of 121/123 Wayland Avenue, for a distance of 15.7m install a new electric vehicle charging bay north replacing a permit bay.​

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 8th day of November 2024, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made by email request to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, may appeal to the High Court.
