Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Kookmin Bank has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Secondary 2008, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006263 (the “Partnership”) to KEB Hana Bank. Kookmin Bank has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. KEB Hana Bank has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
