STOPPING-UP OF STREET
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, the Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates' Court sitting at The Court House, Northgate, Blackburn on 30 October 2024 at 10am for an Order that the highway described in the following Schedule is to be stopped up on the grounds that it is unnecessary.
The Plan showing the effect of the proposed Order may be examined at the Information Desk, Town Hall, Blackburn and at the Town Hall, Darwen, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive between the hours 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays) until the 30th October 2024.
