NOTICE is hereby given that on 11 September 2024, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Dumbarton by BAUER RADIO LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number 01394141) and having its Registered Office at Media House Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6EA craving the Court inter alia to order that WEST SOUND RADIO LIMITED, a company formerly incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC161508) and having its Registered Office at Clydebank Business Park, Clydebank, Glasgow G81 2RX, be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton by Interlocutor dated 18 September 2024 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the Deliverance to be advertised once in the “Edinburgh Gazette” and the “Herald” newspapers and ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton Sheriff Court, Church Street, Dumbarton G82 1QR within eight days after such publication, service and advertisement.
