Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 5 September 2024, Northwood International Acquisitions Limited transferred 100% of its general partner interest in Jura REIT Holdings LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023810 (the “Partnership”), to NW Jura GP Limited., the general partner of the Partnership, and consequently on that date Northwood International Acquisitions Limited retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by NW Jura GP Limited.
