The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No.15) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of 2 irregular shaped areas of highway verge to the south of Wapping Lane at Beoley in the District of Bromsgrove. This is to enable development as permitted by Bromsgrove District Council, under reference 23/01393/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5719). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Bromsgrove District Council, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 8AH.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 25 September 2024.
