The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Diversion of Highways (West Midlands) (No.26) Order 2024 " authorising the stopping up and diversion of a triangular shaped area of WAL41 and a length of WAL40 at Bloxwich in Walsall. This is to enable development as permitted by Walsall Council under references, 21/0236 and 22/1367.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5598. They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Lichfield Street Hub (Walsall Central Library and Archives) Lichfield Street, Walsall, WS1 1TR.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 25 September 2024.
