The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No.28) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of an eastern part width of Middle Entry and an area of unnamed highway at Tamworth in the Borough of Tamworth. This is to enable development as permitted by Tamworth Borough Council, under reference 0414/2022.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5583). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Tamworth Library, Corporation Street, Tamworth, B79 7DN.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 26 September 2024.
