This notice is given by the Joint Liquidators, Lloyd Biscoe (IP No. 9141) and David Farmer (IP No. 26350) both of Birchwood Bond, 170a-172 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7BS who were appointed on 18 September 2024 and is to inform creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Lloyd Biscoe, of Birchwood Bond, 170a-172 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7BS by 30 November 2024. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the Joint Liquidators' intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.

Creditors are informed that no regard will be given to any claims not submitted by the last date for proving.
