The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (North West) (No.42) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of two southern part widths of Amounderness Way comprising of access mouths at Poulton-Le-Fylde in the Borough of Wyre. This is to enable development as permitted by Wyre Council, under reference 18/00243/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/5757). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire, FY6 7PU.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 27 September 2024.
